【摘要】:1.1Thisgeneralrequirementsspecificationcoversagroupofcommonrequirementsthat,unlessotherwisespecifiedintheapplicableproductspecification,applytorolledsteelplatesforpressurevesselscoveredbyeachofthefollowingproductspecificationsissuedbyASTM:1.1.1Thisgeneralrequirementsspecificationalsocoversagroupofsupplementaryrequirementsthatareapplicabletoseveraloftheaboveproductspecificationsasindicatedtherein.Suchrequirementsareprovidedforuseifadditionaltestingoradditionalrestrictionsarerequiredbythepurchaser,andapplyonlyifspecifiedindividuallyinthepurchaseorder.1.2AppendixX1providesinformationoncoilasasourceofplatesforpressurevessels.1.3AppendixX2providesinformationonthevariabilityoftensilepropertiesinplatesforpressurevessels.1.4AppendixX3providesinformationonthevariabilityofCharpy-V-Notchimpacttestpropertiesinplatesforpressurevessels.1.5AppendixX4providesinformationoncoldbendingofplates,includingsuggestedminimuminsideradiiforcoldbending.1.6Thesematerialsareintendedtobesuitableforfusionwelding.Whenthesteelistobewelded,itispresupposedthataweldingproceduresuitableforthegradeofsteelandintendeduseorservicewillbeutilized.1.7Incaseofanyconflictinrequirements,therequirementsoftheapplicableproductspecificationprevailoverthoseofthisgeneralrequirementsspecification.1.8Additionalrequirementsthatarespecifiedinthepurchaseorderandacceptedbythesupplierarepermitted,providedthatsuchrequirementsdonotnegateanyoftherequirementsofthisgeneralrequirementsspecificationortheapplicableproductspecification.1.9Forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisgeneralrequirementsspecificationandtheapplicableproductspecification,valuesaretoberoundedtothenearestunitintheright-handplaceoffiguresusedinexpressingthelimitingvaluesinaccordancewiththeroundingmethodofPracticeE29.1.10ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.11Thisgeneralrequirementsspecificationandtheapplicableproductspecificationareexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandSIunits;unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),theplatesaretobefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.
