【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterial,design,manufacturing,testinganddocumentationforstationarypressurevesseisintendedforuseinrefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumps.ThesesystemsarereferencedinthisstandardasrefrigeratingsystemsasdefinedinEN378-1.Thiseuropeanstandardappliestovesselsincludingweldedorbrazedattachmentsuptoandincludingthenozzleflanges,screwed,weldedorbrazedconnectorsortotheedgetobeweldedorbrazedatthefirstcircumferentialjointconnectingpipingorotherelements.Thiseuropeanstandardappliestopressurevesselswithaninternalpressuredownto-1bar,toaccountfortheevacuationofthevesselpriortochargingwithrefrigerant.Thiseuropeanstandardappliestoboththemechanicalloadingconditionsandthermalconditionsasdefinedinen13445-3associatedwithrefrigeratingsystems.itappliestopressurevesselssubjecttothemaximumallowabletemperaturesforwhichnominaldesignstressesformaterialsarederivedusingen13445-2anden13445-3orasspecifiedinthisstandard.inadditionvesselsdesignedtothisstandardshouldhaveamaximumdesigntemperaturenotexceeding200℃andamaximumdesignpressurenotexceeding64bars.outsideoftheselimits,itisimportantthaten13445beusedforthedesign,constructionandinspectionofthevessel.underthesecircumstancesitisimportantthattheuniquenatureofrefrigeratingplant,asindicatedintheintroductiontothisstandard,alsobetakenintoaccount.Itisimportantthatpressurevesselsusedinrefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsofcategorylessthaniiasdefinedinannexhcomplywithotherrelevantclausesofen378-2forvessels.Thiseuropeanstandardappliestopressurevesselswherethemainpressurebearingpartsaremanufacturedfrommetallicductilematerialsasdefinedinclause4andAnnexIofthisstandard.Thiseuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytovesselsofthefollowingtypes:vesselsofrivetedconstruction;multilayered,autofrettagedorprestressedvessels;vesselsdirectlyheatedbyaflame;《rollbond》heatexchangers.
